Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 30-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
